In-Store Pickup

Pick up your order at our physical store location.

We open and inspect all ordered pieces and assemble your furniture for you – or leave it in the box if you want to assemble it yourself at home or have space restrictions with your pickup vehicle.

* 1-5 business days after the item has been received from manufacturer and inspection has been complete

** Standard delivery is free for orders over $2,000 and within 10 miles of our store. Delivery costs vary based on the location of your home and the size of your order. Check your zip code for delivery estimate.

We offer delivery services to customers within 100 miles of our store in Tigard, OR. We can accommodate deliveries for customers outside this area with our trusted shipping partners.

    Our delivery team will call you prior to departure on the delivery date to confirm your availability and then arrive at your location within the scheduled time frame.

  4. Receiving Your Furniture:
    Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect your furniture. Our team will assist with placement and assembly, depending on your chosen delivery option.

  5. Returns and Exchanges:
    We have a limited returns and exchanges policy. For more information, please contact the store.
