The Sealy Optimum Mattress line – formerly Embody, consists of 3-7 inches of memory foam over a 6-inch regular foam base – giving it more foam content than much of the competition. Its comfort layer includes 2-inches of gel-infused foam which allows the Sealy Optimum to sleep at least slightly cooler than the average foam mattress.
