As you look through our website to assist you in your search for the perfect item for you and your home or office, you’ll probably notice a few things, including the fact that we often talk about our furniture customization process.
First, you’ll notice just how big our inventory is. Chances are you’ll find something you’re interested in on your first go-around through the site.
Second, you’ll probably notice how often we tout the customization process at Broadway. It’s our way of ensuring that even if you don’t find precisely what you’re looking for, we’ll make sure you get it regardless!
Our furniture selection is extensive, and our customization process ensures that we can almost certainly find you the exact item you’re looking for with all the bells and whistles that you desire.
Fabrics, accessories, details, sizes, colors, and other options are all available to you on most models and brands in our Tigard furniture store.
Let’s go over the furniture customization process at Broadway Furniture.
Our Customization Process
The Broadway way is to make every interaction and transaction with our valued guests the best it can possibly be. With that in mind, we like to keep things simple. Thus, the Broadway Furniture customization process is pretty straightforward.
First, you tell us what you’re looking for. Or you find it (or something close to it) on BroadwayFurniture.net or in our showroom.
Then, let us know if there are any alterations or customizations you’d like to see on the piece you’ve chosen.
For example, let’s say you’d prefer a different pattern on the fabric — or perhaps a different fabric altogether!
Maybe you’re super excited about the button tufting but not the silver nailhead trim on that choice chaise.
Or maybe it’s not the small details but the main attributes of a piece that could use a customization project.
An example: We sell lots of sectionals and sofas; they’re some of our most popular items, year in and year out. Maybe you aren’t sure which one to get. You’re leaning toward a sectional, but you’re not sure if the two-piece configuration works better for your living space.
Let us know! We’ve worked with customers in the past who needed a three-piece sectional but liked the style and materials of a similar two-piece. Well, what do you know? We were able to turn that two-piece into a three-piece, and the customer was happy as can be.
The point of all this is to say that if you can dream it, we can probably customize it for you.
The next-to-last step in the process involves some footwork on our part. We need to speak with the manufacturer to see if a specific customization is possible on a particular piece of furniture.
If so, then great, we’ll get it ordered for you.
If not (it happens), then we’ll let you know what other options there might be.
The Best Brands
We work with a number of well-known furniture manufacturers, and our long experience in the furniture industry tells us that we can usually get a custom job done with just a little back and forth with our furniture-producing partners.
Finally, when the piece is ready, we’ll give you a call and set up a time to deliver it to you.
So that’s it! Any questions about custom furniture? Please don’t hesitate to let us know. We want to earn your repeat business at each and every step of the buying process, and we’ll bend over backward to get the job done.
